Dedicated and colocated server operators are responsible for the administration of their own Servers and for the Service Pack updates, Anti-virus, General Security, Backup and the Support of their clients that they may host.

Any updates requested by the Administrator of the server will be billable at the following rates. The exceptions to this is Dedicated and Colocated clients who currently have either a “current” Support Subscription or a Managed Server Agreement.

All hardware related replacement for Dedicated servers is not billed. Colocated server operators are responsible for their hardware replacement. Please note all Dedicated and Colocated servers are entitled to three ( 3 ) support calls to get their service configured and running.
